Positive vibes and very pleasant to conversate with and easy to approach front desk clerk with my stressful situation and managed to navigate me through my issues with such good vibes all around and i left with the biggest smile. The woman in the morning shift who works the front desk is super over the top 10 thumbs up and has perfect display of great customer service and good hospitality. Thank you .

The rooms here are always clean and the staff is one of the friendliest I've ever done business with. Anytime I'm working in pasadena I always stay here
